If you're comparing laundry and cleaning services in Los Gatos or Santa Cruz, the biggest question usually isn't "do I need help," it's "which kind of help, and how much will it actually take off my plate." We built our service around two straightforward options, plus a first-month process designed to make sure whichever one you pick actually fits your home. Here's exactly how it works.

Two ways to work with us

Laundry: wash, fold, and put away (or delivered back to you). This is for households that are drowning in laundry specifically, where the wash is done but it doesn't stop at folded piles on the bed. We wash, dry, fold, and put everything away in its place, the way you'd do it yourself if you had the time. If you're not quite comfortable with us putting things away directly in your closets and drawers, that's completely fine: we'll wash, fold, and deliver everything back to your home instead, so you still get the time back without anyone needing to be in your space.

House cleaning + laundry. This combines our laundry service with full house cleaning, for households that want the whole home handled: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces, alongside the laundry. It's the better fit for busy families, dual-income households, or anyone who wants to come home to a clean house and an empty laundry hamper, not just one or the other.

Neither option is a one-size-fits-all package, because no two homes actually run the same way. That's exactly why we don't start with a fixed plan.

Why we start with a one-month assessment

Every new client starts with a one-month assessment period rather than being locked into a set plan on day one. During that first month, we're learning your home: how your family actually uses your space, how laundry piles up week to week, which rooms need more attention, and where your priorities really are.

This matters because a household with two kids and a dog in Santa Cruz has different needs than a couple in downtown Los Gatos with a home office, and a generic package doesn't serve either one well. The assessment month lets us see the real rhythm of your home instead of guessing at it.

Then you get a plan built around your actual home

Once the assessment month is complete, we build your custom monthly plan based on what we learned: how often you need service, what's included, and where our time is best spent. You're not paying for a cookie-cutter package, you're paying for a plan that reflects how your household actually lives.

That personalization doesn't stop after the first month, either. Every home we work with has a designated household manager and its own household portfolio, where we document your home's specific needs, preferences, and routines. So as your life changes, your plan can too, instead of drifting back into one-size-fits-all.

No hidden extras

One thing that shouldn't be a surprise: full cleaning means full cleaning. We don't charge extra to clean inside cabinets or to make beds, and we don't ask you to empty shelves or clear surfaces before we get there. If it's part of your home, it's part of the plan we build for you.

Which option is right for you?

A quick way to think about it:

If laundry is your single biggest time drain but you're otherwise keeping up with the house, start with wash, fold, and put away (or delivered back). If you're looking to reclaim your weekends entirely, house and laundry both, house cleaning + laundry is built for that.

Either way, the process is the same: we start with the assessment month, get to know your home, and land on a monthly plan that actually works for your life, not a generic tier that only sort of fits.

Serving Los Gatos and Santa Cruz

We work with households across Los Gatos and Santa Cruz, from downtown condos to family homes further out. If you're local to either area and ready to get laundry and cleaning off your plate, the first step is simple: book your assessment month and let us learn your home.
