Absolutely. That's the worst part of doing laundry for most people, and it's exactly the kind of time consuming task we want to take off your plate. We don't just wash, dry, and fold. We put everything back where it belongs.

No. We use Dirty Labs after testing multiple products across different types of laundry. If you have a detergent you love or simply prefer that we use your own, that's completely fine. We'll add it to your Household Portfolio so everyone knows exactly what to use.

Yes. We provide all of the cleaning supplies. If there are certain products you prefer us to use in your home, we're happy to use those instead.

We offer a Travel Reset add on for exactly this. Our team can come in, unpack your suitcases, take care of the laundry, and have everything cleaned and put away within 24 hours. I know. What a dream.

No. This is one of the reasons we start with a one month assessment. We want to understand what a normal amount of laundry actually looks like for your household before setting your ongoing membership. If you have more laundry every once in a while, that's completely fine and you won't be charged extra. If we notice a consistent change in your laundry volume, we'll show you what we're seeing and talk with you about adjusting your membership.

No two households operate the same. Your laundry, cleaning needs, routines, and preferences are specific to your home. We price based on the time it actually takes us to get done what you need. No unnecessary fees. No overpaying.

Your first month is an assessment period. During that month, our team tracks your laundry volume, the time spent in your home, product usage, your routines, and your preferences. At the end of the month, we use that information to build out your Household Portfolio and determine what your ongoing membership should look like.

How you like your beds made, how you want your laundry done, products you prefer, organization systems, areas that need extra attention, and the things that are easy for someone to miss. The goal is simple. You shouldn't have to explain how you like things done every time someone comes into your home.

We try to be as thorough as possible during your initial assessment so your regular membership actually reflects what your home needs. If something out of the ordinary comes up, just reach out to your Household Manager and we'll figure out the best way to take care of it.

No. We want you to do whatever feels most comfortable for you. Everyone on our team is background checked and someone we would feel comfortable having in our own homes. If you prefer to be home while we're there, that's completely fine too.

Typically, yes. We try to keep the same people on the same routes so they get to know your home and how you like things done. If you have a preference for a particular team member, let your Household Manager know and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Absolutely. Just call or text your dedicated Household Manager anytime. They will update your Household Portfolio and make sure the team knows about the change.
